coral reef
Durring my internship at Anthropologie Spring 2012 our window installation was inspired by the coral reefs. Anthropologie partnered with the Wyland foundation to help create awareness surrounding the preservation of the coral reefs.
Spring 2012 i was also working at Pulaski elementary's after school program. I was able to bring the left over pieces from our Anthro windows to my 3D art class.
The inspiration for the installation was a skeleton of a coral reef, and the possibility of what could happen to the colorful underwater forests if they are not taken care of.
Because the children were 3rd and 4th graders i didn't want them using hot glue guns. We used string and thread to fasten the materials together and to the boards. We didn't have to spend any money on this project
