in the 60's my Grandpa Po (a columbia u grad, & chemist) wanted to create a healthy snack food. now i know not all of you have had the pleasure of trying these crunchy golden delights but you are in luck! because i just ordered a box to share! woo hooo! yummy.
my uncle has continued the tradition of Grandpa Po's nutranuts which you can see here, he even used some of my photos for the website. what an honor to be able to help promote this beautiful snack-y tradition.
