today ryan and i walked from Belmont & Broadway all the way to my place in the south loop! it took about 5 hours...with an average of about 6 miles. we viewed a possible new apt for him then walked around the oh so wonderful Belmont area. we had an adventure in world market & left with four different kinds of sodas, crossing the street we took a seat to eat a chicago style hot dog! we stopped in many shops and played with gadgets, i decided i really want apple's magic track pad!...it's great.while walking through lincoln park we stumbled upon pocket puppies which is a very cutesy boutique. ryan usually does not like little dogs at all, but he did enjoy the little french bulldog. way later in our journey we happened upon the animal adoption place and we fell in love with a red nose pit-bull Simba, which is weird 1.because i'm not an animal lover and 2.ryan usually does not like red-nosed pit-bulls. the pup is super awesome! such a freaking cutie, and such a good listener. he would be a fun friend to have in the city.
....it was a tiring walk but a wonderful chicago adventure
